Checkout

The e-commerce process requires an accurate address and contact phone number. If you are unable to provide an accurate address and contact phone number because you attach great importance to privacy, we will not be able to execute your order. Please note that international shipping takes a long time, possibly up to 30 days, due to the long shipping distances. Before placing an order, please confirm that you can accept a long shipping time.

Please put all the items in the shopping cart before placing an order, so the freight will be calculated once.

The shipping address needs to be filled in correctly for courier delivery, including the correct street address, city, state or province, phone number (the courier may need to contact you for delivery, it is recommended to fill in the mobile phone number), postal code (if you have one) and email. Please do not use PO box in the address, it will not be delivered. If the address is wrong, the delivery will not be possible, and the package will be returned and another freight will be generated, which will be borne by the buyer.

We use Paypal to collect and refund. You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Shipping

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items in your order and the distance from Beijing.

After receiving the order, we will assemble the product according to the order, which will take several days.

Usually, we will ship the goods within 7 days after you placing the order.

We cooperate with a safe and reliable courier company to deliver your order.

The shipping time depends on the distance, usually within 20 to 35 days.

Return & Refund

If the buyer wishes to cancel the order and we have not delivered the goods, we can refund it soon.

If the buyer initiates a refund without a reason, the shipping cost of the shipping will be paid by the buyer.

Refund fee

We use Paypal’s collection service, and Paypal charges a handling fee of 4.4%+US $0.3. When the refund occurs, Paypal will not refund the handling fee.

We believe that the handling fee of Paypal should be borne by the party at fault.

When the goods have not been shipped, if the order needs to be cancelled, we can refund the money excluding the PayPal handling fee.

When the goods have been shipped, we can refund the money except for PayPal handling fees and shipping fees (including return shipping).
