Helor 201 Instructions and Safety information
- Please watch the instructional video: https://helor.com/20102
- Please make sure that there are no flammable objects or any items that are not resistant to high temperatures (especially alcohol containers) within a radius of 1 meter of this product to avoid high temperature damage or ignition.
- Alcohol can only be added after confirming that the fuel cup has completely cooled down (below 50℃). When using 95% alcohol, the liquid level should be no less than 3mm from the cup mouth. When using alcohol with a higher concentration, the liquid level should be no less than 20mm from the cup mouth. The liquid level should not be too low, otherwise it will be difficult to ignite. If alcohol overflows, the alcohol on the outside of the fuel cup must be completely wiped dry before ignition.
- In the burning state, it is forbidden to move. The glass parts are all in a high temperature state and cannot be touched.
- Press down both sides of the upper plane of the air guide ring with two hands at the same time, and hold them to the bottom until the flame is completely extinguished. After extinguishing, let go of your hands and the air guide ring will rebound to the initial position. Cool down as a whole after 20 minutes.
- After extinguishing and confirming cooling, the unburned alcohol in the fuel cup must be poured back into the alcohol container and properly sealed and stored.
- Alcohol containers should be stored tightly and away from high temperatures.
Safety information
- Every user should watch the safety education video:https://helor.com/20201
- Alcohol is volatile, and alcohol containers are filled with alcohol vapor at room temperature. The ignition point of alcohol vapor is 75°C. When a narrow-necked alcohol container with alcohol vapor is close to high temperature, it will burn in a jet-like manner and ignite a large area. There are examples in the safety education video, be sure to watch it! Do not mistakenly ignite alcohol when you are not prepared.
- In a well-lit environment with a light background, the flame may not be visible. Trust your sense of touch and feel the temperature of the fuel cup before transferring the alcohol.
- Before injecting alcohol into the fuel cup, be sure to check whether the fuel cup is extinguished and completely cooled (below 50°C). Do not ignite the alcohol vapor in the alcohol bottle!
- After injecting alcohol, please check whether there is any alcohol spilled or dripped on the outside of the fuel cup. If there is any, wipe it dry before proceeding with subsequent operations.
- Do not add alcohol in the burning state! Alcohol vapor in the alcohol bottle will ignite and splash!
- Do not move in the burning state. Extinguish first, then move after 20 minutes.
- Before touching this product, you should first confirm whether it is in a high temperature state to avoid burns.
- Before transferring alcohol, you must confirm that the flame in the fuel cup has been extinguished and the cup body has completely cooled (below 50℃), otherwise the alcohol in the alcohol bottle will ignite and splash!
- Alcohol bottles must be stored in a safe place. The container must be sealed and fully marked as inedible and away from high temperatures.
- Children under 16 are prohibited from operating this product to avoid burns or glass cuts.
